yes, i have photoshop elements...if you click on the picture you can see the watercolor filter...i added the kitty reflection with the stamp. thanks for the comment...your artwork is beautiful!
That's a cute picture. I like the ones where the kitties look at the other kitties in the mirror. It's so funny. They can entertain one for quite some time:)
