Nap-A-Thon, 3 photos!

Many thanks to the Calico Girls for the wonderful Nap-A-Thon.

Our mom says that we have never been this perky, since we have had our naps.

See Miss S wishing the humans would take their camera and go take a nap!

There is Blackie with one eye open!

Finally the Blackie & Miss S together in a moment of peace...a joint effort to nap!

Live, the news, from Tannie Man (should I wake them up, with a nip on the paw?)

Days gone by in Virginia

Here are Happy Cat & Momma Cat in their old house in Virginia. This is Pablo's old photo from days gone by. This cat tree was shredded by the 2 kitties. They would watch the squirrels run by....oh, those were the days! So much sunshine...

We wish we could have a tree like this. We tell mom that a kitty can never have enought carpeted cat trees to climb.

A little bit of Sunshine!

Momma Cat is on an extended vacation visiting Grandma in the Toasty South. Uncle Pablo, her former human bean, was at Grandma's house and took this wonderful photo! Enjoy! Do any of you poodins/furr cakes spend vacation with your Grandparents ??

Kittens, kittens...go see the photo!

Kitty blogger friends, I just found the most wonderful kitten photo .... click here to go see the kittens at Cindy Ford's blog in Pennsylvania

This just makes me want a kitten!

(Oh, no...mom has gone crazy again. We do not need any kittens around here....Miss S was the last one and she makes us crazy. She nips on Blackie's toes at night while he tries to sleep. ~ Tannie Man)

Morning Meditation...Miss S

A morning ritual for Miss S is to bird watch. There are a group of birds that gather every morning at the tree by the kitchen window. This makes for wonderful bird watching for all furry friends.

The birds have built a nest above the window too...so there is always interesting nesting-type-material falling out...like yarn, paper, string, etc. Over the years we have not seen any baby birds, but we do hear lots of chirping and occasionally a squirrel ventures too close to the nest and it sounds like a bird concert as the offending squirrel is run off my momma & daddy bird.

Miss S asks: Do all the blogging kitties, out there, have a favorite window? If yes, tell her about it...she loves to hear everyone’s kitty stories,

Orange kitty helmuts? Really...

Ok, this is a MUST SEE kitty photo session. This involves a sweet kitty named Boone and his orange helmuts.

He looks very calm during is poses with his hats. Click here to see the sweet Boone!

Not one of the Whippy Curly Tails would sit still for this...so I am not even going to try.

The Oscar goes to Boone!

Illustration Friday: "Cat"

Cat "vibes"...this is how I feel when I am around the Whippy Curly Tails ~ my sweet kitties.

They always make me feel wonderful & much loved.

I drew this late last night before I went to sleep. It was so much fun to draw...the red makes me think this looks like "The Cat in the Hat" type of style. What do you think?

Blackie's heart bowl revisited!

Hi, I am Blackie's head...I spend most of my time eating in this heart bowl.

No diets here. Meep!

Do you have a favorite bowl?

Blackie's flowers

Thank goodness mom has me to check the flowers. Some guy sent them to her...so I must check them for cooties!

Who likes to eat flowers out there...any of you kitties?

I love boxes!

Mom says that a day without boxes, is like a day without sunshine for me!

When the postman brings my mom boxes all the other kitties must run because I make sure that all boxes are for me. One time I had 4 boxes laying on the floor and each night I walked in and out of all of them--tough choices. I have also been known to squeeze my chubby self into a little bitty shoe box...my mom laughed for along time!

Hey all you furries, what kind of boxes do you like to play in?

BTW, I got in this box so fast that mom could not get her birthday gifts out. I am sitting on them in this picture.

Illustration Friday: "E is for...."

E is for kitty EARS in motion! Yippy skippy, after that feather stick.....

Can you see the kitty, sitting up like a squirrel with her EARS whipping around as she bats at a feather stick?

Look closely and double click on the image to see better. Many thanks to Miss Belle for being such a great model for IF this week.

Uncle Pablo's new recliner...fun to climb!

Hey, see the new recliner my dad got from his sister. Belle and I love to run over it. It is leather and is motorized...the leggy thingy moves up and down.

I have discovered that leather is very warm. I am not sure if I plan to scratch my claws on it yet, hmmmmmm....

Who thinks I should scratch my toes on it?

Illustration Friday: "Flavor"

The blessed flavor of Salt...to some it is like gold!

Not to the kitties though...they would prefer Fancy Feast.
Enjoy this lovely Photoshop photo artwork. I had fun making it...it actually came out so beautifully to me.

Santa brings Happy Cat a tree!

This is a dream come true for little Happy Cat!

Happy shares his home with Pablo and Miss Belle--better known as the Wilda-beast! Belle has made the one kitty tree in the house hers...so Happy Cat ask Santa for his own tree. Santa had quite a time getting the tree down the chimney...(and up 3 flights of stairs!) but here it is.

Enjoy, Happy Cat...Wilda-beast beware! =^..^=

PS. Here is a closeup of Miss Belle, below:
