Kitty blogger friends, I just found the most wonderful kitten photo .... click here to go see the kittens at Cindy Ford's blog in Pennsylvania
This just makes me want a kitten!
(Oh, no...mom has gone crazy again. We do not need any kittens around here....Miss S was the last one and she makes us crazy. She nips on Blackie's toes at night while he tries to sleep. ~ Tannie Man)
The Whippy Curly Tails in the Toasty South
Oh great. Mom saw that and she ooohhh-ing & aaahhhh-ing again. Scouts only 8 months old!!!
No no no! One of my resolutions this year is preventing Mom from getting any more cats! Really I have to protect her reputation--she's getting dangerously close to being one of those old ladies with the 4 million cats and 10 years worth of newspapers.
(OK, maybe not. But I must keep this picture vivid for her so she'll stop with the new cats.)
When my mom suggests she might want a kitten, my Gram reminds her that 1 cat is good. 2 cats offer companionship to one another. But 3 cats makes Mom the "Crazy Cat Lady" about whom everyone talks and at whose house no one will Trick-Or-Treat.
Dealing with Brach is challenge enough, thankyouverymuch!
SSSSSHHHHHHHH! It's too late here!! There are already three of us! It's bad enough that Dad says the house is infested - we don't want Mom starting to agree...
Hey Whippy Curly Tails,
Those kitten are really cute, but...
Several weeks ago a neighbor adopted a little calico kitten. Mom won't let Dad see it (A good idea!) because he would want one. I lived with two cats for five months. That was too stressful for me, which in turn stressed out Dad, which in turn stressed out Mom. See where I'm goin' with this?
For me, kittens are nice to see on the magic typer but to have one crawlin' all over me?... I need my beauty sleep.
